Our History
Founded in 1995, FATS GYM has been providing top-notch boxing training and fitness programmes to the local community. Our experienced trainers and state-of-the-art facilities have helped numerous individuals achieve their fitness goals.
As from the 24th April 2025 we are now a non-profit organization.
We’re proud to announce a significant and exciting change: our business has officially transitioned into a nonprofit organization. This decision has been in the making for some time and reflects a deeper alignment with our core mission and values. Over the years, we’ve grown not just as a business, but as a community of individuals committed to making a difference. As we listened to our supporters, partners, and the needs around us, it became clear that our work was about more than just business—it was about creating meaningful, lasting impact
Our Facilities
Our gym is equipped with the latest boxing and fitness equipment, including a boxing ring, heavy bags, speed bags, and more. We also have a cardio area and a weight lifting section. Come and see our facilities for yourself.
Our Philosophy
At FATS GYM, we believe that boxing is more than just a workout – it's a lifestyle. We strive to instil discipline, focus, and self-confidence in all of our members, regardless of their skill level. I began training at age 18 in 1988. I spent 12 years in a professional career under chief
Muay Thai / Boxing coach Oliver & Humphrey Harrison.
Former British Muay Thia Champion 1992-1994
and English international.
